Terms of Service
Last updated Oct 26, 2026 · Version 1
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Inbitado(“Inbitado”, “we”, “us”), Bayanihan Flats, Pajac-Maribago, Lapu-lapu City, Cebu , about your use of Inbitado: our website www.inbitado.com, the dashboard, e-invitations, RSVP pages and memories galleries (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Inbitado
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Guests who open an invitation or a memories gallery do not need an account. If you use Inbitado for a business (for example as an event planner, photographer or venue), you confirm you may accept these Terms for that business.
2. Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Tell us right away at support@inbitado.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Accounts are Individual, or Professional when staff approve a Professional plan. Staff may review and decline a Professional request.
3. Events, invitations and guests
As a host, you decide who is on your guest list and what you share with them. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to add your guests’ names and contact details, and for the content of your invitations and events. Each guest’s invitation link is personal; anyone you send it to can open it.
4. Photos, videos and other content
You keep ownership. Hosts and guests keep all rights to the photos, videos and text they upload.
Permission you give us. You allow us to store, process (for example, make thumbnails, watermarks and download files) and show your content only to run the Service for you and the people you share it with.
Guest uploads. By uploading to an event, a guest lets the host and the other guests of that event see and, where the host allows, download it. Hosts may hide or remove anything uploaded to their events.
Client Galleries. Professionals deliver photo shoots to their clients through Client Galleries. The Professional is responsible for their agreement with their client, including watermarks and when downloads are allowed.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Inbitado to upload or share anything illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, harassing, or that you have no right to share; to send spam; to break, overload or probe the Service; or to access accounts or events that aren’t yours. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Plans, storage and payments
Free plan. Every account gets free E-Drive storage. Photos and videos of Free accounts are removed after a long period without activity; we warn you by email before that happens.
Paid plans. Paid E-Drive plans give more storage for the term you buy (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Prices are in Philippine pesos and include any promotion shown at checkout.
When a plan ends. Your account is frozen for 90 days: nothing is deleted and you can still download, but you can’t upload. After that it returns to Free, and if you store more than Free allows, the oldest events’ photos and videos are removed until it fits. We email you before this happens.
Paying. You can pay online through our payment provider, or offline (GCash, Maya, bank transfer or cash) by sending proof for our staff to approve. An offline payment that isn’t approved within 7 days expires.
Refunds. All Inbitado subscription purchases are generally non-refundable once payment has been verified and the subscription or paid services have been activated. Refund requests may be considered for duplicate payments, incorrect charges, unauthorized transactions, or cases where Inbitado fails to provide the purchased service, subject to verification and applicable law. Referral credits and other promotional rewards are non-withdrawable and are not redeemable for cash. To request a refund review, please contact Inbitado Support and provide your payment reference and a description of the issue. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights required by applicable law.
7. Referrals and wallet
When the program is on, you can share a referral code. When someone who signed up with it pays for their first plan, we add the referral reward to your wallet. Renewals don’t earn again.
Wallet credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged, and can only pay for part of your own renewals and upgrades, within the discount limit shown at checkout.
We may change or end the referral program, its rewards and discounts at any time, and cancel rewards from refunded payments or from referrals that abuse the program (for example, referring your own accounts).
8. Deleting events and accounts
Deleted events stay in “Deleted events” for 30 days so you can restore them, then they are removed for good. You can ask us to delete your account at support@inbitado.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Inbitado running and your files safe, but the Service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. Keep your own copies of important photos and videos. We may change features from time to time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page. For important changes, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you log in.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Questions? Email us at support@inbitado.com.
